We can ship your items across the United Kingdom with Parcelforce 48 or we are happy to arrange a local pickup in Glasgow.

Each lamp is made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for us to get it shipped out to you.

The packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible. Items come in a cardboard box with paper tape. We use corn starch packing peanuts which are fully compostable. Our bubble wrap is biodegradable but not compostable, so please put it in your general waste.

We will happily give you a refund or change your order before we start making your bespoke order. Please email us with 48 hours of making a purchase to organise a cancellation or change to your order.
We hope you won’t want to return your item, but if you do please email info@urpflanze.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase to speak to us and arrange a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
We will provide you with a tracking number once we have dispatched your order. From there you can check your parcel’s progress on the Parcelforce website.
